About Me

I'm Sawyer Hick, a therapist passionate about helping families navigate life's transitions with greater connection and understanding. Whether you're adjusting to parenthood, supporting a child through emotional challenges, or striving to strengthen your family relationships, I offer a supportive space to explore, heal, and grow together. 

My approach draws from Solution Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, CBT, and Family Systems Theory, and is guided by the belief that meaningful change happens when we consider the whole system, not just part of it. When one member struggles, it often affects the whole system and therefore working within the system can promote healing and lasting change.

I am especially passionate about perinatal mental health, supporting women through life's most challenging seasons, and providing counselling support to children and youth. My goal is to meet you where you are at, help you rediscover your inner light, and support lasting, authentic growth.
